Warranty and Returns 
1.  Kihari Collections Warranty and Returns Policy

At Kihari Collections, we are committed to providing high-quality products that celebrate African culture and craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with our warranty and returns policy.

2. Warranty

We stand by the quality of our products and offer a warranty on all items against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, improper care, accidents, or unauthorized alterations.

To submit a warranty claim, email us at richkihari@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos of the item and the defect.
  • A brief description of the issue.

Once reviewed, we will confirm whether your claim is eligible for repair, replacement, or refund.

3. Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Please Note: Sale items and customized pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

To initiate a return:

  1. Email richkihari@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions for sending the item back to us.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and specify the item you would like in exchange.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at richkihari@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem promptly.

7. Non-Returnable Items
  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as “final sale.”
  • Customized or personalized products.
